1. After accepting customer or sales commission, according to customer requirements and company regulations, book cabin space and handle relevant procedures for sea freight for customer goods, and provide full tracking services.
2. Track orders and transportation updates, arrange customs clearance, supervise customs declaration and delivery processes
3. Maintain good customer relationships by providing satisfactory services such as friendly, timely, and efficient problem-solving to customers
4. Priority will be given to those with experience in handling goods from Japan and South Korea.
